Pros
Some of the people are truly genuine, and are great to work with! The company has some good intentions with its initiatives, even if poorly implemented. They have a pretty good benefits package.
Cons
Company Meetings never start on time. So, it is damn near impossible to truly manage your schedule because if the meeting doesn't start on time the management and executive team will just push it back without any regard to our schedules whatsoever. While it is normal for goalposts to constantly change in a startup, it is not normal for them to disappear altogether. Since I've started several initiatives were started, brought up in the company-wide meetings, and never spoken of again. When these initiatives are brought up by employees to execs, we are given vague answers, if any answer at all. This happens for anything from improvements that were promised to make our jobs easier to new product launches. The company is literally FULL of HR experts but fails to adhere to basic HR principles within the company itself. Turnover is a HUGE problem which means there is no knowledge holder within the company. Everyone just knows what someone else told them. There are very few standard processes, but very high expectations and new goals constantly. None of the processes are documented, and everything is done manually.
