Pros

good pay and benefits, great team members, provide some stipends

Cons

Claim they're all about culture yet actions do not align with words, "it's a start up so we can get away with changing things CONSTANTLY" = no consistency, they do not follow their own protocol as far as training and development promises, attract you with "sparkles" of "perks" but will let you go without proper reasoning if you don't bring in enough $$ in new clients, leads are YEARS old and many are fake, cold calling, LONG hours, does not set up new team members for success.

Pros

Flexible work environment and the opportunity to work on meaningful projects with real ownership. There is a lot of room to learn and have direct impact across several teams. I have been here for years and still find myself learning something new every single day.

Cons

The pace may be challenging if you prefer more structure, consistency,

Pros

I am genuinely grateful to work at Bambee. One of the things I appreciate most is that I don't feel like I'm simply working for the company, I feel like I'm part of the business, and that my contributions are recognized and valued. Bambee is highly innovative and always looking ahead, especially when it comes to HR technology and software solutions. The company has a strong presence across the U.S. and continues to evolve in ways that benefit both employees and clients. The team culture is supportive, collaborative, and inclusive. Leadership is hands-on, approachable, and invested in employee success. The work environment is relaxed yet productive, and the office spaces are modern and welcoming. Overall, it's a place where people are encouraged to grow, contribute, and make an impact.

Cons

As with any fast-growing and innovative company, priorities and processes can evolve quickly. This can sometimes require employees to adapt to change at a rapid pace, but these changes are generally made with the company's long-term vision and growth in mind.
