Pros

- Peers are hardworking and friendly - Stocked fridge if you care about that

Cons

- Immature leadership - HR company that doesn't internally practice HR - Actual HR experience not required. You're just a customer service rep. That 15 years of HR experience you have doesn't count toward anything here. The only thing that matters is getting your client to leave a 5 star review on Trustpilot when we onboard them. - High turn-over rate. The pattern is that most people don't last more than a year. - Highly unorganized chaotic environment due to high turn-over. Being a "start-up" is an excuse and to attract employees. This isn't a "start-up" it's just managed like one. That's not a good thing. - No clear direction. It seems that this company is just skating by until they can raise more money. - Technology is a facade. It's sold as a smart HR solution. It's not. It's as traditional as HR gets but worse. There are too many clients to HR staff. Most clients are neglected by design. It's the Netflix model of hooking a subscription and hoping the customer will forget that they signed up to the service. It doesn't help that internal tech is buggy and makes your job even harder. - Highly focused on getting new customers to pad numbers for investors and lack of focus in servicing existing customers. The customer to staff ratio leads to poor coverage and it's your fault, not management. - Don't expect work hard and play hard to apply. You're always working even after you go home. You're working on weekends as well. For the rare chance that you can take time off your managers will make sure you feel guilty. Whenever someone is let go for unknown reasons, their clients become your problem. This is not sustainable in the long run. Employees thinking they will rough it through for the potential payout should think again. Also, being overworked and acknowledging that you're overworked does not make you a bad employee. Playing devil's advocate and bootlicking will only go so far.

Pros

I am genuinely grateful to work at Bambee. One of the things I appreciate most is that I don't feel like I'm simply working for the company, I feel like I'm part of the business, and that my contributions are recognized and valued. Bambee is highly innovative and always looking ahead, especially when it comes to HR technology and software solutions. The company has a strong presence across the U.S. and continues to evolve in ways that benefit both employees and clients. The team culture is supportive, collaborative, and inclusive. Leadership is hands-on, approachable, and invested in employee success. The work environment is relaxed yet productive, and the office spaces are modern and welcoming. Overall, it's a place where people are encouraged to grow, contribute, and make an impact.

Cons

As with any fast-growing and innovative company, priorities and processes can evolve quickly. This can sometimes require employees to adapt to change at a rapid pace, but these changes are generally made with the company's long-term vision and growth in mind.
