Pros
- meeting some amazing people with different backgrounds who you’ll work very close with everyday -Exposure to so many different HR scenarios
Cons
Long hours. Expect to work 12 hours a day, 6 to 7 days a week. No work-life balance. Management expects you to be available 6 hours out of the day for calls to your 400-500 client book and you have very little time to actually do the work you’re promising to clients. The product itself is a joke, you’ll have customers complain day in and day out that something doesn’t work and it negatively affects your CSAT score which you’re heavily graded on. You also have to respond to client messages and meet SLA’s or else you’ll get put on a PIP if you’re below the goal. It’s literally impossible to do this work and keep a sane mind but management literally does not care or cares to listen. They recently took work for home Fridays which was our day to reset and have some control back into our day but management is pushing an in-office culture. This was a time where we could pick up our kids from school and be there for our families. Yet they have HR managers that are remote who were hired during the pandemic. Everyone is literally fried. The turn over is so bad, get ready to pick up the previous HRM’s slack and inherit more clients from their book and adding it to your plate. Save yourself the headache and go work for a company that cares about their staff and customers. Everything you see in their About Me section on their website and job posts is just a bunch of bologna. Most of those people you see there either quit or was fired during the Great Termination last year.
