Pros

The people you work with.

Cons

A circus full of clowns run this company, they couldn’t even run a Target. The execs and VP’s act like children when they receive feedback they get all in their feelings and you become targeted because you want to make the place and platform better. They based their whole operation and workflow on books they read, one book you will hear throughout is a Navy Seals book that talks about “extreme ownership” yet they can’t even own their ideas, even when it blows in their face and it doesn’t work out. Higher ups walk around thinking they’re better than everybody, not even a good morning is good enough. They talk about learning from a navy seals book? Learn some manners first. The platform itself is one big entire bug, they spend all their money on parties instead on the actual thing that will make them the money they desperately need and that is the PLATFORM. Clients reach out everyday trying to get their platform issue fix but no one even bothers fixing it so for months the clients are left in the dark that they end up cancelling. GOOD LUCK to the clients that want to cancel, you will be given the run around for your refund. Training portal is a mess itself, but payroll takes the cake! Good luck getting paid on time using their Bambee payroll, check amounts not being correct, taxes are all off, wages are not even the correct amount, but yet they still sell payroll knowing it’s a huge CLOWN SHOW! The “executives” and I put quotation marks because they’re far from that. No type of accountability for their bad decisions, they’ll blame the reps when they should be firing themselves for being incompetent in making decisions for the company. Keep reading the books you read as a matter fact I’ll recommend a book that you should read “How to Run a Business for Dummies”. They make decisions on new products yet they can’t even fix the platform itself, and they roll out the half-ass glitchy product without a heads up to the reps nor the clients. What happened to Nectar ? LOL They raise prices by 200% and fail to notify the client and the rep. Yet they’re surprised when clients want to cancel for a overprice 2005 HR software. They put people in positions that never been in before or no knowledge of what they’re doing. When I say they couldn’t run a Target I mean it, I doubt they can figure out the pricing at a Dollar tree. There’s been 4 layoffs in the past 2 yrs here and not one investor has questioned it, im sure they manipulate the data and lie about the numbers. WOULDN’T BE SURPRISE!!! These layoffs affect reps but won’t affect the executives from the VP’s, COO, COF it affects none of them which is why they sit there with a blank stare looking at space laying off reps because there’s no backlash against those so called higher ups. YOU EXECUTIVES MADE THESE DECISIONS TO RUN THE COMPANY THIS WAY! IT IS YOUR SCREW UP! you don’t listen to the reps when we truly want the best for the company and good ideas but the egotistical mindset in that place will run it to the ground. This is the biggest political job there is. There’s people who have done far worse things and yet get promoted, it’s about who you know at this place and how boot you are willing to lick. All the executives are just friends from Fan Duel and Zip Recruiter. They also remind you day in and day out about their glory days in their former companies and how they all protect each other from their screw ups. ITS ONE BIG HS! They should have named the place Riverdale because it’s a mystery everyday with garbage outcomes. Wouldn’t be surprise if this place goes bankrupt by the end of the year. FIX THE PLATFORM!!!! TAKE “EXTREME OWNERSHIP” OF YOUR SCREW UPS AND BE LOGICAL.

Pros

I am genuinely grateful to work at Bambee. One of the things I appreciate most is that I don't feel like I'm simply working for the company, I feel like I'm part of the business, and that my contributions are recognized and valued. Bambee is highly innovative and always looking ahead, especially when it comes to HR technology and software solutions. The company has a strong presence across the U.S. and continues to evolve in ways that benefit both employees and clients. The team culture is supportive, collaborative, and inclusive. Leadership is hands-on, approachable, and invested in employee success. The work environment is relaxed yet productive, and the office spaces are modern and welcoming. Overall, it's a place where people are encouraged to grow, contribute, and make an impact.

Cons

As with any fast-growing and innovative company, priorities and processes can evolve quickly. This can sometimes require employees to adapt to change at a rapid pace, but these changes are generally made with the company's long-term vision and growth in mind.
