Pros

Decent benefits, pay and amazing people you will work alongside.

Cons

Read the other reviews. If you choose to work here prepare to be gaslit, verbally abused, and fear for your job security and work load on a daily basis. You have a CEO that leads through fear, and will talk about employees behind closed doors as if they are simply lines on a spreadsheet. He has no compassion or empathy to you, but will demand loyalty or you will be dismissed. He is a megalomaniac, full of ego, and has surrounded himself with Yes-Men. Nothing will change as long as he is at the helm. They have "restructurings" aka massive layoffs at least twice a year. The first time, they will gaslight you and say it was good for the business, and it is nothing to worry about. You may believe them, and feel motivated to keep working, then 3-6 months later there will be another where some of your friends and respected colleagues will be affected. They will have the same talking points, will scapegoat people you work with closely and you will feel like something is not right. Then on the next one, suddenly you are the one that is cut and scapegoated. Do not work here. You will need therapy if you spend more than 6 months here, it is that toxic. Every employee that I talk to jokes about some kind of PTSD and the scars they have from working at this company. This is not a normal feeling to have at a job.

Pros

I am genuinely grateful to work at Bambee. One of the things I appreciate most is that I don't feel like I'm simply working for the company, I feel like I'm part of the business, and that my contributions are recognized and valued. Bambee is highly innovative and always looking ahead, especially when it comes to HR technology and software solutions. The company has a strong presence across the U.S. and continues to evolve in ways that benefit both employees and clients. The team culture is supportive, collaborative, and inclusive. Leadership is hands-on, approachable, and invested in employee success. The work environment is relaxed yet productive, and the office spaces are modern and welcoming. Overall, it's a place where people are encouraged to grow, contribute, and make an impact.

Cons

As with any fast-growing and innovative company, priorities and processes can evolve quickly. This can sometimes require employees to adapt to change at a rapid pace, but these changes are generally made with the company's long-term vision and growth in mind.
