- Pay is low compared to the industry and they are asking more of reps without increasing pay or changing comp
- Success is VERY manager dependent. If you have a good manager who cares, you will kill it. If you have an external hire who isn't up to speed, prepare for a crash landing.
- Communication between orgs is severely lacking
- SDRs are god. Any dispute with an SDR you can guarantee you will lose. Don't even bother
- Heavy LDS influence on culture (not necessarily a con, but not a pro)
