-Low pay. A lot of other comments address this issue and I'll address it as well. Yes, you give awesome benefits but you cannot count that as part of our pay. They say things like, "You make $38,000 a year but if you include your benefits like medical, dental, your paid-paid vacation, etc., you're actually making $60,000 a year!" No... I'm making $38,000 a year. Your benefits are nice but they aren't a part of my salary and it's not like they're just included, I still have to pay for those benefits each month. I've never been with a company that adds your salary and benefits as a whole.
-Their company cultue is... Different... and it comes off as culty.
- Not a huge fan of management. Several people in upper management are closed off and aren't very open to feedback.
- They are putting more and more responsibilities on support reps while keeping pay the same.
-They're structure for giving raises is ridiculous.
-I was told I could grow with this company and I have been working hard at keeping my metrics high to no avail. Even if your metrics are high, you have good attendance, and you help with projects, it's not enough. I'm no longer looking to GROW here, I'm looking for another job.
