      New CEO, good time off

      Cons

      HR “recalibrated” into worse. Didn’t think it was humanly possible. Maybe the timeline shifted and we’re in the matrix. Shady leadership in HR with no values. Culture of gossip, favoritism. Bizarre last minute promotions raises and shenanigans before transition. The fish rots at the head. Over the last few years my department has deteriorated from client centered to narcissistic leader centered.

      Pros

      Bancroft is filled with people who have big hearts and love their job

      Cons

      People join young and stay for a long time without any professional development so many leaders do not have leadership skills even if they believe their heart is in the right place beause Bancroft does not provide this growth and instead continues to promote the best person available even if they aren't right for the job.
