Pros

Strong clinical programs, really care about "persons-served".

Cons

Terrible place to work if you are in administrative operations or financial areas. Inadequate systems ( scheduled to be addressed over the next 5-10 years, if you can stand the delays), low pay, lack of information and support provided from senior staff to middle management, lack of involvement of middle management in new initiatives until senior management has discovered that the details they've ignored will delay and or doom the initiative. Constantly changing priorities means you never complete anything meaningful. Endless frustration.

Pros

I think that the mission for what they do is great. At the time one of the ABA's in the Community and the kids make the mission worth it.

Cons

I'm not going to even complain about the pay or the benefits. Honestly just avoid this place like the plague, If you think about working there..just avoid the school at all cost. The residential is better but the pay and hours suck think 12-8 2-9. The point system is barbaric but the main ones are these: Retaliation against employees who report legitimate ethics violations (corrective actions, classroom reassignments following a good-faith report) HR inaction when employees report harassment by colleagues, even when it involves being approached at their home Chronic understaffing leading to genuine safety risks (911 calls with no backup support) Slow, disorganized exit processes — rescheduled exit interviews with no follow-up date given Protecting certain employees from accountability while punishing others for speaking up Poor communication from management during crises (8 hours before being told there was no Greentree support) Culture that discourages employees from reporting concerns, undermining trust
