Pros
Well known brand, great app & flexible hours
Cons
Pay is low and benefits are average, no HR presence, culture has potential but needs a lot of work. Employees are not valued/respected by management and they do not know anything about music. Easily the worse experience I've ever had with upper management at a company. They have fired 15+ people during my time here so morale is low and most employees are looking for new jobs. The list could go on, but do not waste your time here.

- Very generous 50% match on 401k
- Associated with a well recognized company
- Opportunities to work with new technologies
Cons
- Management does not care about the employees. They are greedy and only want to line their own pockets. They will plan to fire you the moment you start to earn a fair salary.
- They are very litigious. Look up the case "Todd Cronin vs. Bandsintown" if you're interested.
- Mediocrity is tolerated from some, while harder working employees are scolded.
- Management does not shy away from attacking employees on a personal level.
- Work-life balance is borderline impossible.
- For all intents and purposes, the company lacks a proper Human Resources department. You're better off not reporting anything; they'll try to make you feel stupid and regret speaking up for yourself.
- Little to no room for upward mobility and fair compensation unless you get on your knees and beg. They'll make you feel small before they give you less than what you deserve.
That being said, if you're lucky enough to land in the good graces of the companies management, you can sail while others suffer.
