      Great culture and values, fun products to work on, great health and wellness program, good benefits

      Cons

      Not really a con but more of a comment - things move very fast and change is constant. You have to be flexible in order to keep up. Communication could also be better from management and across departments.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
