Pros
I have worked with 2 very large corporations and one much smaller company, and by far, Bandwidth has been the absolute best work environment I've experienced yet. The culture here is like no other. I truly feel like Bandwidth cares for its employees and HR does an excellent job in hiring that helps maintain the upbeat, caring, 'can-do' culture. When you get to know the CEO and executive management you know why... this kind of culture comes from the top. I am also very grateful for the medical benefits that Bandwidth offers. Switching to BW's medical plan saves my family over $400 a month... that is huge! If you like an upbeat, dynamic, innovative, fast-paced environment this is a great company to work for. I love my job and I am very thankful to be able to work here.
Cons
My only 'Con' is that I wish Bandwidth was still located in Cary.... I drive further than I'd like to drive to work, but for the great work environment it is entirely worth it!
