      People at this company want you to succeed and are willing to help. I have never been at a company where everyone around the team is helpful and it made me at ease

      I feel like we can benefit by making the company much more diverse.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
