      Bandwidth is a great company to start your career at, they give you comfort to fail and help you in any way they can.

      Cons

      Diversity does not seem to be a huge thing for them when it should be.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Cons

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
