      Benefits and people are great!

      Pay is very low compared to others in the market and there's a lot of politics involved if you're trying to move up. Professional growth could be stumped with no transparency or guidance.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
