      Awesome benefits such as gym membership, workout classes in the office and a great selection of food and drinks.

      Cons

      Communication was all over the place. Ironic considering it is a communications company.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
