Pros
Company benefits, company outlook, most of the SDR managers are good people and want the best for you. You can succeed at Bandwidth but it takes a truly bulletproof mindset with no regard of anyone else you work with by stepping all over them.
Cons
Where do I begin. I’ve been working at bandwidth for over a year now and recently left over the last few months and boy has it been an experience. Lots of false promises build upon fake hopes and dreams of promotions. Many people are brought in the door with the promise of a good structured SDR organization with “plenty of potential” to move up and around the company however you will surly see soon after starting this is far from true. Promotion to a slightly better SDR position is more than doable if you hit goal 3-6 months in a row (rare but possible). Once you’ve moved up once, kiss any further promotion goodbye unless you plan on staying in an SDR position for 3-4 years minimum. Account Executives play favorites EXTREMELY bad and if you aren’t closely aligned with one, don’t even bother trying to work/talk to them. Most SDRs who are hitting goal are getting qualified meetings from a select amount of AEs, which for some reason never seem to fizzle into anything. Then to get booked again and prequalified a few months later.
