-Selected management individuals highly unqualified -Lack of professionalism -Overly criticized no matter how hard you work -Administration is not on top of required paper work or any trouble shooting that you may need (example: BLC log in ID's, missed pay checks for weeks, scheduling even if you give them your days you cannot work they schedule you on the days you are not available every week) -Do not care about treating animals entirely with their Optimum Wellness Preventative Care Packages, it's only about $$$$) -Threaten to fire if a particular hospital is not profitable -Extremely low pay even with a college degree
