There is a reason that banfield is always placing ads for doctors and has to pay large signing bonuses and that is because doctors are always leaving because it is such a miserable place to work. Why are there so many doctor openings because there is massive doctor turnover. It is very unusual to walk into a Banfield hospital and find a career Banfield doctor. Most will have been there 5 years or less. There is a reason for that.
