Cons
-work life balance. Depending on your department and position you could be logging a lot of hours. super lean staff that relies on employees taking their work home -politics. managers are overly involved in making every decision. Employees don't get the opportunity to grow because things they can handle are moved up the chain for political reasons. it also wastes the time of management having to deal with silly things their employees could handle. -lack of trust. there is so much change sometimes employees don't feel safe.
