I love working at BankOZK, I have more of a work life balance. The company has been amazing, they actually listen to their employees and show appreciation! It feels nice to be noticed and appreciated. I do believe BankOZK is one of the best companies I have ever worked for! I would definitely recommend anyone to BankOZK.
