The CEO is the longest standing CEO in Banking, at one bank, in banking history. He bought the bank decades ago, and has grown it into a regional banking success. He knows his people, and cares about everything that happens here. Everyone matters!

Salaries are lower than other banks offer for many roles, which makes it challenging to bring in talent from local competitors. Tough hiring process involving behavioral testing and slow decision making on part of hiring managers. Healthcare plans aren't the best as other banks, but the bank also made an effort not to increase costs for 2026 (thank you).
