Terrible Management - Anonymous employee Bank OZK Employee Review

Department heads are not held accountable for their terrible decisions, answer to no one. Employees are not treated as human beings. Company gives out cheap plastic gifts for the hard work that makes them so much money instead of sharing the profits. Salary and insurance provided is an absolute joke! Applying to jobs within the company is made difficult and cannot be done without supervisor's written permission. Impossible to grow and move forward in a career unless you do very dishonorable things and break policies.
