Pros
Systems are very easy to learn, management is very accommodating, overall not a bad company to work for especially if you're in the first 2-5 years of your banking career. They pay well when you first start.
Cons
The main con is the lack of room for growth in moving up in the company, but also pay does not jump much if you are lucky enough to be promoted.
