      Work Life Balance, Not too “corporate” in the sense that employees can share ideas with executives and have those ideas implemented very quickly, casual dress code compared to competitors.

      Cons

      Some systems are still in their infancy, the technology isn’t there yet compared to large financial institutions but the company is investing heavily in its technology, pay seems on the average side of the spectrum
