Extremely unprofessional environment, incompetent management. They don’t actually do auditing, they give you a bunch of clerical work for their arbitrary work papers, that have no significance other than rushing you to get them done in an impossible timeline. CAE makes decisions based on who kisses her ring the most. The ego just for being a CAE at a local bank is laughable. One director makes inappropriate comments consistently. Manager traps his staff auditors in a his office to discuss his dating life. A whole HR nightmare, but then HR does nothing. (This person was reported for inappropriate behavior several times.) DO NOT work here. They also ask their staff to write positive reviews. Also if they offer hybrid work they will pressure you into coming in, and “filling the office” because the CEO regrets building a ridiculous office just to showboat his wealth, and now it’s empty. Spends millions on his art that his underpaid employees get to stare at all day in a glass box. How thoughtful.
