Pros

PTO if you can get to that point

Cons

The call center is so rigid that you can not take time off for the first 90 days, even if you are sick, or if a child is sick. Doesn't matter how fast you learn the systems and how good you are with customers on the phone if you are 1 min late from break or lunch you are penalized. You can stay late and that still does not matter. No flexibility and you turn into a robot.
