      Great Hours, Good Pay, Recognition from Upper Management. Great advancement opportunities! Which leads to the only con... otherwise we would not have this issue.

      Cons

      Staffing issues at the entry level. Most are due to our growth and promotion from within making it harder to have seasoned entry level.
