Management steals loan opportunities because they don't want to lose their jobs. No team work. Everyone is unhappy, but will not voice their opinion fear of getting let go. Job duties very inconsistent. Incentive keeps changing not in the favor of the employee. Again, branch managers keep threaten the staff that they will lose their jobs if they do not produce.
