Pros
Great atmosphere in the Maryland subsidiary office. Under new CEO, actually feel like part of the main office. Wonderful management and work/life balance. Starting PTO and benefits for full time or salary is a plus
Cons
Sometimes there is still a disconnect on how the main office in FL perceives our MD office. We do both large equipment leasing and franchise funding so it is still new to the main bank. End of year can get demanding so PTO can get harder to use at this point.
