Where to begin... Upper management is completely out of touch and are generally clueless regarding anything other than politics. Middle management are mostly glorified analysts who should have never been promoted into management in the first place, and whose only contribution to the people actually doing the work is to micro-manage. Most support staff are incompetent and incapable of performing their jobs (IT, Admin, etc.). The so called corporate culture is one of zero communication, constant politics, and overall chaos.
