Everything else. -no bonuses ever . For thanksgiving, they send pies. -no incentive pay -raises are only a couple cents and don’t keep up with raising cost of living -poor and outdated technology -always short staffed, so you find yourself doing the labor of three people for the low wage of one -we got NOTHING for the pandemic. They sent us cookies as a “thank you” -poor training, no leadership -ive had to work by myself on the teller line for weeks with no breaks, and they still complain about overtime even though they don’t want to staff the branches To sum it up, this is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. They do not care about their employees. As an FS, they don’t tell you that you are only a teller. And tellers get absolutely nothing for opening accounts, etc. As an FS, you’re “universal”, meaning you do it all. But they pay you pennies. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do it.
