If you want to give the best service and feel good about what you do, you must spend a lot of time, on the PC. From my personal experience, I have noticed that it might take me an avarage of 40 minutes per account. And that is only with the software. It is such a hassle to learn new things. Only because it is very hard to use the system. When you want to be the best, you work your ass off.
