      Pros

      Great pay and commission. Good benefits & vacation. Closed on Saturday and hours during the week Monday through Thursday 9-5 and 9-6 Friday.

      Cons

      They will work you to death. If you are on salary plan to open and close or go in early and stay late. If you don't make your goals you will be gone!
