Pros
Diverse culture. Seems like a good work life....as long as you work at corporate. Branch Operations and Fraud department very helpful and employees are actually pleasant on the line
Cons
Unorganized, unprofessional workers with no reprimanding when employees OR customers complain, employees WILL NOT protect you with cruel and threatening behaviors from clients...as long as they have money in the bank that's all they care about. Don't care about employees safety. Horrible communication through each department no one wants to take responsibility for helping anyone so they just send you in circles from department to department until you finally get someone competent enough to tell you the correct info or lead you there. No one can decide the right or wrong way to do things and there's constantly things done or said incorrectly which frustrates not only the employee but the customer as well. Other departments besides the ones mentioned in the Pros section sound like they'd rather be anywhere else and are either very condescending or they don't know the information they should very well know. It's gotten significantly worse over the past year or so and I'm not sure what happened. It's always had its faults but I'm beyond frustrated at this workplace as of now
