Pros
Considering I was the office's top producer from start to finish and basically trained myself, I guess maybe the secretary to turn apps in and the work environment to chat? And for all you non-informed, blind sheep thinking ex-employees from Bankers only complain because they don't want to work commission jobs, I'm complaining (commenting really) and I was a top producer, who's bonus check they also used to use to advertise and recruit for their dirty office. Your welcome.
Cons
Well, to begin, I guess its not really management's fault their whole business plan is a top-heavy pyramid scheme. It is their fault though, for not attempting to do anything about it, or deciding to stay with the company, to the point where they probably feel more trapped than I did. Now, considering I probably made my manager over 80k off of myself alone within 2 years, of which he barely lifted a finger for, in addition to the thousands of agents I've trained because he's too lazy to get off his ass and actually work, this probably has to be one of the worst work environments I've ever seen. If you want to understand Bankers, think of Amway...they don't advertise either, yet manage to stay in business. And like Amway, absolutely horrible products. They should make products that horrible illegal in the insurance industry. And funny thing is those idiots fired me for _literally_ no reason....guess I got too smart and ambitious for that office? There goes your dumb non-compete ha. V for Vendetta kids, right on schedule. Great leaders are born in hell. Thank you Bankers Life.
