I went into bankers feeling I had a promising career and left filing discrimination charges. They fired me because im black. I worked at the one in Kansas city,mo. When I say racist I mean that with every fiber of my bean. In the hiring process I was told I will get $10 an hour for recruiting people to be insurance agents. Then come my first paycheck I wa only receiving $8 dollars an hour. Smh that's not a way to treat someone who help build a company by hiring agents. Then when you get a bonus you have to wait months to receive it. They all came together to fire me a couple weeks before they agrees to give me my equal pay. That was so ironic..lol They smile in your face and make things feel as if it's okay and then Amber please watch out for her she literally snapped on me in front of my daughter and had a fit. My daughter is a witness she heard banging noises from her work area slamming and slapping papers on her desk. How mature of her!!!!
