Trustworthy products that are tried and true. bankers have been doing business for over 130 years and most of those years have been relatively incident free. When you talk about the company what you're really speaking about is the associates. This is particularly important in a career that contracts those associates to represent your brand. Unfortunately there are opportunistic people that take advantage of people and give the company name a bad representation in the process. I assure you that dishonesty and misrepresentation of our products and services are NOT tolerated. We love our clients and they love us too.

It takes a great deal of dedication and hard work to succeed. As a result many people that don't have what it takes to be successful tend to look for reasons for their and it seldom seems to be within themselves. In sales leads are just an opportunity to help someone. You must possess the ability to communicate and build trust with your potential client right away. Not fake trust but sincere trust that you can deliver upon. It's not the right job for everyone but just because it's not a fit for you that doesn't make it a scam. As for as the interview process, yes we have to interview several candidates to find the right person just like you need several interviews to make your best choice. The interview process is completely legitimate.
