Pros
-AMAZING support and training -Opportunity to move up in the company -Benefits (health, 401k, free therapy, etc) as a manager -Pension the company contributes to based on performance -In office trainings every single week -Virtual trainings by some of the top agents in the company -WLNC program to help build a retain woman in the company in such a male dominated field -Sponsored my studying for my securities license -Bonus program based on production -Match program to help with brand new agents
Cons
-Lower commissions - lower than industry standard -As a manager, I was not told I would be paying 1% for leads plus 1% for office supplies -Had no training on how to be a trainer/manager, had to figure it out -Sales training could have been a bit better -Amazing office culture, actually really enjoy going into the office because of my fellow agents -Long hours in the first few years, working nights and weekends -Commission only, unstable income but the longer you are there and the more you build up your renewals, that becomes almost like a salary. This does take years to really build up though
