- A lot of upskilling opportunities when in the right teams - Consistent efforts to improve the wider Engineering Community

Cons

- Frequent change in processes and org structure - A lot of pressure to become Full Cycle Engineers (with no suggestion of a pay increases to match) - Historic low standards for Senior Engineers/Managers (potentially due to original silo’d squads) leaving fresh Junior and Mid Level Engineers to drive change with less overall compensation - Lack of initiative from Senior Leadership/Engineers

Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

Cons

Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.
