Relaxed work environment. Too easy to hide.

Cons

No clear leadership.. only contact via constant internal social media utterances. Supposedly new building is already tired.. poor facilities etc.. Poor technology.. old laptops.

Pros

Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

Cons

Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.

Cons

Regional bank so limiting for opportunities outside of the company - not an easy transition
