Great working environments Desire to be a real challenger brand to the big 4 Flexible working arrangements Some fantastic long tenure leaders

Cons

Executive Leadership team have very different visions Some very poor hires of executives over the past few years - visible in the results! CBA culture has taken over Ability to be quick and agile has been lost Lack of real career prospects once at mid management level Poor to average salary compared to the big four

Pros

Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

Cons

Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.

What you put in is what you get out, smaller nimble bank - more opportunity for growth within company

Cons

Regional bank so limiting for opportunities outside of the company - not an easy transition
