Pros

Nice new building, activity based working areas, free coffee machine, food days, fun theme days, double or time-and-a-half pay for working public holidays, plenty of overtime available.

Cons

Very cliquey - if you're "in" you'll go places, if you're not, you get bullied until you feel compelled to move to a different department or just leave. Newbies getting promoted straight out of training, while older staff get put on Plans to "improve" their performance?! Emphasis on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 100%, emphasis on Staff Satisfaction 0%. Don't they realise that Staff Satisfaction is the key to Customer Satisfaction? House of moving targets...if you get one aspect right, they'll mark you down on another. Don't expect a bonus, as your manager will find a way to give you a Does Not Meet.

Pros

Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

Cons

Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.
