Pros

-Great people to work and culture to work in -Can move up if in with the right people -If your are a high performer decent bonuses no matter what the level of pay grade -Great place to work if you are young and have no family or commitments outside of work -More opportunity if located in Perth

Cons

-Retail hours at store level = no work life balance like suggested, not family friendly -Development again happens only if you are in with the right people forget experience, education or anything else that would normally determine a promotion. Think brown nosing! -Targets that are not reduced given prolonged absence in the business no matter what the situation -Managers who slide by with frontline staff doing the majority of the work, who stare at spread sheets for the majority of the day, and have a lack of knowledge of anything that is actually occurring on a day to day basis.

Pros

Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

Cons

Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.
