- great environment and great people - enjoyable work, and with the size of the company you still feel like you're contributing a lot without taking on too much - flexible hours

Cons

- projects take a long time to get across the line - lots of red tape that comes with working at a bank - back end is quite dated and sometimes messy

Pros

Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

Cons

Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.

What you put in is what you get out, smaller nimble bank - more opportunity for growth within company

Cons

Regional bank so limiting for opportunities outside of the company - not an easy transition
