Pros

Bankwest has a decent ability to work from home but this is being phased out.

Cons

The bank wants employees to show care, courage and commitment without wanting to meet those standards themselves. They have no issues making their employees choose between homelessness and unemployment. They take months to do anything internally (eg. 7 weeks to address bullying complaints) and their stance is if there's no witnesses it qasnt bullying. The lower down you are the less of a human being you're seen as.

Pros

Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

Cons

Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.
