      The people and teams are great. People are supportive of you if you're looking to move around to different teams and areas.

      Cons

      People leadership is not done particularly well, and typically you won't really receive the support you're looking for if you're at a more junior level (this is especially the case for engineers).

      Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

      Cons

      Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.

      What you put in is what you get out, smaller nimble bank - more opportunity for growth within company

      Cons

      Regional bank so limiting for opportunities outside of the company - not an easy transition
