Pros

Great talent pool, Ambitious and Passionate staff

Cons

Overly ambitious goals set by senior leaders mean some things are rushed to get out the door. The quality is reduced as a result because we don’t have enough time to do it properly the first round and need to go back to fix mistakes made due to unrealistic timeframes.

Great culture, Flexibility, Nice building, Talented people, strong processes and always evolving tech stack.

Cons

Sometime work can be monotonous, if you are stuck in a team for long time. Finding opportunities to move across teams, you have to fend for yourselves, people leaders too busy or aloof to help.

What you put in is what you get out, smaller nimble bank - more opportunity for growth within company

Cons

Regional bank so limiting for opportunities outside of the company - not an easy transition
