Business Outlook
Pros
The office team is great, and direct management is very supportive and tries to give everyone good opportunities for growth. I appreciate the focus the bank has on client satisfaction and superior customer service. The benefits are good -- not great, but no complaints.
Cons
The pay just isn't competitive. 2% raises every year, if we're lucky, and it's essentially impossible to get a true merit-based salary increase without changing to a completely different position. The bank is doing great financially and yet you'd never know it based on how the low level employees get paid. Somehow I'm guessing executive management gets more than 2% raises and a $1500 bonus every year....
